EL TRABAJO Y LA VIDA ASOCIATIVA DE UNA JOVEN INSPIRADORA DEL CARIBE

Son las 12:00 am y Cesarina termina su trabajo en la asociación San Vicente de Paúl, en Montpellier (Francia). En noviembre de 2018 era voluntaria en la capilla San Juan, cuando le propusieron trabajar como responsable de cocina. Aquello cayó del cielo ya que estaba buscando trabajo a medio tiempo después de clases. Actualmente está estudiando la maestría Grande Ecole en administración en Montpellier Business School. Su trabajo comienza a las siete en punto de la noche de lunes a sábado.  Sus funciones son recibir y guiar a los voluntarios, monitorear la cena y garantizar un trabajo seguro y un servicio voluntario  amable y de calidad. 

El primer turno comienza a las 8:00 pm para 38 comensales aproximadamente, personas sin hogar quienes previamente han sido atendidos por la línea de emergencia 115 de Francia para brindarles alojamiento. THE WORK AND ASSOCIATIVE LIFE FROM AN INSPIRING AND CARIBBEAN YOUNG GIRL

It's 12:00 am and Cesarina finishes her work at Saint Vincent de Paul association, in Montpellier (France). It was November 2018, she was a volunteer in the chapel Saint Jean, when she was proposed to work as a responsible for cooking. It came from heaven because she was looking for a part-time job after classes. She is studying the master Grande Ecole program in management at Montpellier Business School. She starts her work at 7 o'clock in the evening from Monday to Saturday. Part of her job is to welcome and guide volunteers, to manage dinner and to guarantee a safe working and a caring and friendly voluntary service. 

The first dinner round starts at 8:00 pm for 38 homeless people approximately, who have been firstly oriented by the 115 French service for urgent accommodation. Nadège comienza su rutina diaria a las 6 a.m en punto. Se levanta de la cama, prepara el desayuno y demás, y se dirige al trabajo a las 7:50 de la mañana. Mientras se dirige a su centro de labores lleva consigo a su pequeña hija a quien deja en el nido. Su trabajo comienza a las 8:30 a.m como coordinadora en la oficina de igualdad de oportunidades en Montpellier Business School (MBS). Antes solía trabajar por varias temporadas en la oficina de turismo de Montpellier. Su llegada a MBS fue en 2013, para trabajar en la oficina de servicios al estudiante y dos meses después fue contratada como asistente de la dirección de recursos humanos de la diversidad y la RSE. Nació en la ciudad Aix-En-Provence y en 1998 se trasladó con sus padres a una nueva ciudad cerca de Béziers, al sur de Francia. En 2005, aún muy joven, decidió dejar su casa para instalarse en Montpellier donde realizó estudios superiores en la asociación nacional CEMEA. NADÈGE ADVOCACY FOR HANDICAP, DIVERSITY AND CSR

Nadège starts her daily routine at 6 o’clock. She wakes up, prepares breakfast and so on, and goes to work at 7:50 in the morning. During her way she takes her little daughter and then she leaves her in the kinder garden. She starts working at 8:30 am. She is the coordinator of equal-chances policies at Montpellier Business School (MBS). Before starting working there she was working seasonally in Montpellier's tourist office. She arrived at MBS in 2013 to work firstly in the student services office and two months later, she got hired as the assistant of the direction board of human resources diversity and CSR. 

She is originally from Aix-en-Provence city and in 1998 she moved on with her parents near to Béziers, in Southern France. In 2005, at a very young age, she decided to leave home and to settle down in Montpellier where she pursued higher education at the CEMEA national association. UN COMPROMISO EDUCATIVO DE UNA MUJER JOVEN Y LIDER PERUANA

El 5 y 6 de abril, Andrea participó en una capacitación educativa en la región Cajamarca, al noroeste del Perú, sobre didácticas educativas en matemática y comunicación, y habilidades de lectoescritura; como parte de su formación y preparación de profesional en EnseñaPerú (PEP). Enseña Perú es un programa de liderazgo fundado el 2010 en el país, como parte del movimiento a favor de la educación en el mundo, Teach ForAll
En 2018, Andrea decidió unirse a esta organización y ser parte de una visionaria y transformadora experiencia de vida entre estudiantes, profesionales y comunidades, en muchos lugares donde hace falta fortalecer la educación. Ser una PEP de un grupo de 5 niños y niñas, de 6 a 9 años, no es algo desconocido. Su madre es profesora, por lo tanto, creció en un ambiente ligado a la educación. The 5th and 6th April, Andrea participated in an educational training held in Cajamarca Region (North-Ouest of Peru), about some mathematics and communication didactics and literacy skills; as part of her engagement as a professional from Enseña Peru (PEP), a leadership program founded in 2010 in the country, as part of the global commitment for education: Teach For All
In 2018, Andrea decided to join Enseña Peru and be part of the visionary and transformer life experience between students, professionals and communities, in some areas where education needs to be developed. Being a PEP of a five children’s group, from 6 to 9 years old, was something familiar for her. Her mom is a teacher, so she has grown up in a teaching environment. After high school she doubted about studying education or communication sciences at the university. She did feel like doing something different, so her choice was communication because she knew that it could work also for education.

THE STORY BETWEEN THE SHEEP AND THE WOLF

“I was afraid, sad, and frustrated. I had sorrow on my soul, and I wanted to die”, confessed Vanessa, knows as well as “la del trébol, a talented graphic designer and cartoonist girl from Peru. Remembering this episode of her life means bringing back good and bad moments. The 23rd February 2018 she was interned in hospital for the first time: “That day I had bone pain, my eyes got full of red veins and I had constant vomits”. She had a lot of pain in her chest on breathing as well. She was conducted immediately to the UCI (Intensive Care Unit) and the doctor made her mom sign the informed consent document to proceed with the examination of her daughter. During the five days that she stayed in the UCI she developed also other symptoms: “I had skin rash and sores in my mouth, and a sudden and unexplained swelling in my body”.
